The location on our drive was always going to be tight but Wayne, Hayden and Matt expertly manoeuvred around the area with the plant and were most considerate of our garden. Installing the system was a big undertaking for us but the team grafted in order to minimise any disruption to us. They were hard working, skilful and extremely professional throughout; they are also all good company and very friendly. The care to return our garden and drive to what it was like beforehand was most welcome and appreciated.

Mr. Dawes

Great service and installation from The Septic Tank Store who replaced a 30 year old tank with a new one. Ours was not a straight forward job as the existing foul pipes ran under a swimming pool we were having installed at the same time.

Wayne and Hayden worked closely with building control and the pool contractor and had to rethink the route of the foul pipes as the pool was being dug. They also had to dig under an two existing fences and hedges with no damage caused here.

The job was done in 3 days, ahead of schedule and on budget. If you are looking at having a sewage treatment plant installed by the experts then speak to Wayne and he will deliver you a first class service.

What a great job Wayne, Hayden and the team have done in installing the new treatment plant. Was a very tricky job, not helped by the atrocious wet weather at the start. Although it was a complicated process, the whole job went smoothly and with the minimum amount of disruption and fuss. Everything was left tidy and safe at the end of the day and when the job was finished.

Organising a replacement septic tank is for most of us, a once in a lifetime experience, so going about selecting the right company for the job is a little daunting. We had several quotes and discussions with would-be suppliers & installers and without doubt we made the right decision in opting for The Septic Tank Store. Why? Well they did all the simple things correctly, like returning our phone calls when they said they would, arriving on time for the site inspection, discussing and explaining the challenges of the job in a straightforward manner, undertaking the job on time, finishing on time, leaving our front garden and drive looking better than when they arrived. Michael Pawley

Had a Bio Pure 3 septic tank installed earlier in the year. Fantastic service. Installed on the date agreed with no fuss or bother. Not an easy job as they had to drill under an old wall. Site always clean and tidy and restored to its original condition before they left. Wished we had done this years ago, struggled on with a Victorian tank which was constantly being emptied and the new systems is excellent.

Top Class firm just what you need. Did a difficult install of a big tank with poor access and left little disturbance and were pleasant to have on-site treatment plant looks very good.
